Scope

This Privacy Notice applies to MyTrader websites, accounts, dashboards, authentication flows, Robinhood connection status flows, support communications, and related product features.

  • Robinhood connection workflow information, including connection references, authorization status, callback status, broker connection state, and redacted broker-response details needed to operate and troubleshoot the product.
  • Trading and account-context information that a user authorizes through an official broker connection, such as quotes, positions, buying-power context, and order activity needed for product features.
  • Technical information, including device, browser, security, session, log, diagnostic, and usage information.

Brokerage credentials

MyTrader does not ask for a Robinhood username, Robinhood password, MFA code, or account number. Robinhood authentication must happen through Robinhood-controlled authorization pages.
