Legal Disclosures
MyTrader disclosures
These disclosures explain the required boundaries around MyTrader, trading risk, automated outputs, performance information, paid promotions, and recurring billing.
Last updated: June 16, 2026
Legal and regulatory status
MyTrader is a software and trading-intelligence product. MyTrader is not a brokerage firm, broker-dealer, bank, exchange, clearing firm, or custodian.
Robinhood or another authorized brokerage provider is responsible for brokerage authentication, account custody, trade execution, clearing, account statements, deposits, withdrawals, and other brokerage services.
This page does not determine whether any feature requires investment adviser, broker-dealer, or other registration. If a MyTrader feature requires registration or a client relationship disclosure, that feature must not be offered until the required registration, agreement, Form ADV, Form CRS, or state disclosure process is in place.
Trading risk
Trading involves risk, including loss of principal. Market prices, liquidity, spreads, volatility, outages, delayed data, and order handling can all affect results.
MyTrader scores, rankings, alerts, reports, and AI outputs do not guarantee that a trade will occur, be accepted by a broker, avoid losses, or be profitable.
Investment and tax decisions
MyTrader does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or retirement advice. Users remain responsible for deciding whether any trading activity is appropriate for their financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance, and legal obligations.
A MyTrader output should not be treated as a guarantee, promise, or complete assessment of a security, market, account, or tax consequence.
Performance, backtests, and agent results
Unless clearly labeled as verified live brokerage activity, performance information, agent results, backtests, simulations, rankings, projections, model scores, and hypothetical examples are hypothetical. They do not represent actual trading in a live brokerage account.
Hypothetical results have limitations. They may not account for liquidity, slippage, rejected orders, execution delays, taxes, fees, changing market conditions, data quality issues, or the effect of real-time decisions.
Past performance, simulated performance, or model output does not guarantee future results.
Testimonials, endorsements, and paid promotions
If MyTrader displays a testimonial, review, endorsement, influencer statement, affiliate link, referral offer, third-party rating, or other paid promotion, MyTrader will disclose any compensation or material connection with that content.
As of June 16, 2026, MyTrader does not display paid testimonials, third-party ratings, affiliate links, or referral compensation on its public pages.
Subscriptions and recurring billing
If MyTrader offers a paid subscription, renewal plan, trial, or other recurring charge, the checkout flow must disclose the price, billing interval, renewal terms, trial terms, cancellation method, and any material limits before payment is collected.
A recurring charge will require express user consent. Users must be able to cancel through account controls or by contacting support@tradeai.bid.
As of June 16, 2026, creating a MyTrader account does not impose a recurring charge.
AI and automated systems
MyTrader uses automated systems and AI-assisted analysis. Users should treat MyTrader outputs as software outputs, not as communications from a human trader, broker, adviser, attorney, or tax professional.
If MyTrader deploys an automated chat, bot, or agent interaction that is used to promote a purchase, obtain consent, or influence a commercial transaction, the interaction must identify itself as automated where required by law.
Privacy notice
MyTrader collects and uses personal information only as described in the Privacy Notice.
Review the Privacy Notice for categories of data collected, purposes of use, sharing practices, retention, user choices, and privacy-rights contact instructions.
